This Privacy Policy applies to Game Guardians Inc. products and services, including related web and desktop applications, gameguardians.io, and related interactions such as customer support inquiries.

This policy does not apply to third-party applications or services that integrate with Game Guardians. A separate agreement governs delivery and use of customer-submitted data under each customer agreement.

2. Information Game Guardians Collects and Receives

Game Guardians may collect the following categories of information:

Service data submitted by customers and authorized users in customer instances.
Anonymous usage information used to improve services.
Account information such as email address, domain, and related account details.
Service metadata and integration metadata.
Log data such as IP address, browser details, visit timestamps, and cookie data.
Device information such as operating system, identifiers, and crash data.
Approximate location data based on IP address or device-level consent.

Game Guardians does not use customer service data, including videos, logs, builds, or game content, to train AI or machine learning models without explicit written customer consent.

Game Guardians use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. GA collects information such as pages visited, browser type, device information, approximate location, and interactions on the site. Google processes this data on our behalf and provides aggregated reports that help us improve the website. GA uses first‑party cookies and similar technologies. 3. How Game Guardians Uses Information

Service data is used in accordance with customer agreements, requested service functionality, and applicable law. Game Guardians acts as a processor for customer service data, while customers act as controllers.

Game Guardians may use information to:

Comply with legal obligations and lawful requests.
Respond to communications, requests, and support inquiries.
Develop and improve products using aggregated or anonymized data.
Send service, technical, security, billing, and administrative communications.

Service data is retained according to customer agreements and applicable law. Other information is retained for as long as necessary to satisfy business and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

To operate and display services to authorized users in customer instances.
With service providers and partners supporting operations under confidentiality obligations.

Game Guardians uses industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards to help protect information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

In the event of a security incident involving customer service data, Game Guardians will notify the customer without undue delay and in accordance with applicable law.

7. Age Limitations

To the extent prohibited by law, Game Guardians does not allow use of services or websites by anyone younger than 16.
