Game Guardians is hiring a Senior Quality Operator.
A Quality Operator sits directly between developers, QA, production, clients, and AI workflows with one responsibility: Drive high-frequency, high-quality signal directly to developers using the Game Guardians platform.
You’ll investigate regressions, review daily testing results, improve workflows, tune signal quality, and work directly with developers and QA leads to help teams ship better games with more confidence.

Your job is to identify what matters, reduce noise, and ensure quality issues surface early and clearly.
Requirements
- 8+ years minimum QA experience
- Experience supporting developers directly through launches, live services, and changing priorities
- Strong judgement around production risk, release health, and player impact
- Comfortable with ownership and ambiguity
- Excellent communication across QA, engineering, production, and leadership
- Curious about AI workflows and improving how work gets done
- Technical or scripting experience is a bonus
